Following up on the last couple of virtual meetings we’ve had, I promised to post some documents for members of both Wilson v. Austin and Bazzrea v. Mayorkas. I really wanted to highlight this for folks who have an interest in some of the legal stratagems we’ve employed as a result of the evidence we’ve discovered; frequently, that evidence is developed in conjunction with you, and other military members and whistleblowers, who have provided particularly helpful insights and direct evidence in support of our claims. So, without further ado, below is the Motion for Evidentiary Hearing filed in Bazzrea v. Mayorkas that we believe illustrates the government has never had licensed products and has been injecting your shipmates and teammates with unlicensed (EUA) and likely adulterated and misbranded products.
